Meet Our Team
Kelli Marshall
Director/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Kelli is the Owner and Operator of Little Red School House and has worked with children for over 20 years. She is passionate about early childhood education and truly loves working with children each day.She is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and crocheting, reading, spending time with her two dogs and her cat, and relaxing with Netflix.
Ms. Kylee Marshall
Toddler/Preschool Teacher
Ms. Kylee joined Little Red School House during her senior year and is proud to be following in her mom’s footsteps. She is currently attending Juniata College, where she is majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education.Ms. Kylee has always loved working with children and has already formed special bonds with the kids in our care. She brings humor, energy, and entertainment to the classroom each day.In her free time, she enjoys golfing as a member of the Juniata women’s golf team, spending time with friends, and binge-watching her favorite shows.
Ms. Linda Nolan
Infant/Toddler Teacher
Ms. Linda has been a valued member of the Little Red School House team since 2008. She truly loves her babies — and they love her right back. Her nurturing presence and dedication make her a special part of the LRSH family. Ms. Linda has one daughter and is a proud grandmother. She enjoys working, crocheting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies.
Ms. Pippi aka Tracy/Ann Spahr
Infant/Toddler Teacher
Ms. Pippi joined Little Red School House in November 2014 and loves working with her babies each day. Her caring nature and dedication make her a wonderful part of the LRSH family. Ms. Pippi is married and has one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys motorcycle rides with her husband, spending time with her daughter and family, and, most of all — shopping, shopping, and shopping!
Ms. Amanda Popish
Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Amanda has been a dedicated member of the Little Red School House team since August 2011. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for her “little humans” into the classroom each day. Ms. Amanda is married and has three children of her own. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on buggy rides, and capturing special moments through photography.
Ms. Avrianna Stevens
Infant/Toddler Teacher
Ms. Avrianna is a full-time student at Lock Haven University, where she is majoring in Health Sciences. She jumped right into action when she joined Little Red School House, and the children quickly fell in love with her. She brings a fresh, positive attitude to the classroom each day. In her free time, Ms. Avrianna enjoys reading, crocheting, creating art, and spending time with her family. You will see her around during the summer and possibly over holiday breaks.
Ms. Donna Carnicella
Infant/Toddler Teacher
Ms. Donna joined Little Red School House after retiring and looking for something fulfilling to fill her time. She brings a strong background in early childhood education, along with patience, warmth, and love to the children in her care. Ms. Donna is married and has three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, reading, and especially caring for her newest “little humans” at LRSH.
Ms. Teddi Beck
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Teddi began working at Little Red School House in March 2024 and supports all classrooms throughout the center. She is a 2024 graduate of Penn Cambria High School and is currently attending Saint Francis University, where she is majoring in Occupational Therapy. Her favorite part of working with children is their sense of humor — they are always making her laugh and truly brighten her days. A special fun fact about Ms. Teddi is that she attended Little Red School House when she was younger. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially when it involves being outdoors.
Ms. Sabrina
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Sabrina joined Little Red School House in October 2024 and serves as an Assistant Teacher, primarily in the infant and toddler classrooms. She is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at Mount Aloysius College and plans to graduate in May 2026, with the goal of becoming a preschool teacher. Ms. Sabrina enjoys supporting young children as they learn, explore, and grow, and loves seeing their curiosity and excitement firsthand. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband.
Ms. Khenedy
Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Khenedy joined the Little Red School House team in September 2025 as an Assistant Teacher. She previously attended Slippery Rock University where she studied Pediatric Occupational Therapy, but since working at LRSH she has discovered a passion for teaching and is considering pursuing a career in education. Before joining our team, Khenedy worked in a nursing home and jokes that she “switched to the other side of the spectrum” by moving from caring for seniors to caring for children. She loves building relationships with the kids and watching them learn and grow each day. Outside of work, Khenedy enjoys snowboarding, painting, and spending time with her friends and family.
Ms. Haylee Bisignano
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Haylee has been a teacher’s aide at Little Red School House since September 2025. As an aide, she rotates between classrooms, supporting children and staff throughout the center. She plans to graduate from Penn Cambria on May 30, 2026, and hopes to begin her journey in Special Education. During her final three years of high school, she has also attended Admiral Peary Vocational School, where she specialized in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Haylee loves working with children and values how much you can learn from their unique needs and interests. She has a strong interest in child psychology and developmental growth. In her free time, she enjoys creating art and spending time outdoors.
Valenciya Wiley
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Valenciya is a junior at Penn Cambria High School and is currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program through Vo-Tech, where she is preparing to become a preschool teacher. She has been a teacher’s aide at Little Red School House since September 2025. Valenciya enjoys working with children and loves watching them grow, try new things, and learn each day. She finds it especially rewarding to see their progress and development. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Mackenzie Nileski
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Mackenzie is a senior at Penn Cambria High School and plans to graduate in May. She intends to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (UPJ) to pursue Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Mackenzie loves working with children and enjoys watching them grow and develop their unique personalities. She plays softball on the Penn Cambria softball team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, going for walks, and being with her dog, Willy.
Ms. Madi
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Madison is excited to be joining the Little Red School House team. She is currently in her third year of the Master of Occupational Therapy program at Saint Francis and is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, with minors in Special Education and Physiological Sciences. Ms. Madison has experience observing in school, home health, and early intervention settings and is passionate about helping children build confidence as they learn new skills. A former LRSH student herself, she is grateful to return to a place that is special to her. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and her dog, Duke.
Ms. Makenna
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Makenna McCoy is a senior in high school and plans to graduate in May. She will be attending the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (UPJ) in the fall, where she plans to major in Mechanical Engineering. Ms. Makenna loves working with children and enjoys their energy and curiosity. A fun fact about her is that she attended Little Red School House when she was younger, making her time here especially meaningful. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, reading, and taking her dog, Duke, on walks.
Amanda Beck
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Amanda has worked at Little Red School House on and off for several years, assisting wherever needed, primarily in the Toddler Room. She enjoys watching the children grow and is always amazed at how much they change and develop. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law and a master’s degree in Employment and Labor Relations. She has also worked as a Therapeutic Support Staff member, providing one-on-one support to children on the autism spectrum, and currently works in recruiting. She is the proud mother of two daughters — Teddi, who attends college and works at Little Red School House, and Drew, who keeps the family busy with travel softball. In her free time, Amanda enjoys scrapbooking, caring for her four cats, and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Ashlyn
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Ashlyn joined the Little Red School House team in September 2023 as a senior at Penn Cambria High School. She is currently attending Saint Francis University, where she is majoring in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Ashlyn enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. She finds great joy in helping others learn new things and introducing children to new experiences.
Ms. Katie Della
Infant/Toddler/Preschool/School Age Teacher
Ms. Katie is a 2023 graduate of Penn Cambria High School and is currently attending Juniata College, where she is majoring in Elementary Education. She keeps herself busy babysitting, spending time with her nephew, going to the beach, and grabbing coffee. Ms. Katie brings entertainment, energy, and fun into the classroom each day and truly loves her “tiny humans.”
